Botox, breast implants, fillers, lip injections....all of these cosmetic things we're doing to ourselves, is not good for us emotionally, physically or even societally.
In the age of social media and movements like #SelfLove #BodyPositive #BabesSupportingBabes and #YouDoYou there are a lot of confusing messages out there from influencers. And I was one of them.
This is my Letter to All Women as I feel an ethical responsibility coming from both sides of the spectrum to open your eyes and poke holes in our current belief system so you can think differently, more confidently, and age gracefully...with no shame!
